“I 100% recommend these guys. I first contacted them by email, and they called me on a Sunday back within a few hours. It has been 4 months from start to finish, but our local broker told us to wait 12 months as all avenues had been explored. But Simply said they could help. I had a few defaults in last 12 months, my wife few missed payments, All the way through they kept in contact, had all our documents, and step by step went through it. Doug, Aime and Kerry all been fantastic. We are now completing on the 30th July!!! It’s with same lender our local broker said we couldn’t use. Yes Simply are more expensive, but they are worth it as get the results. Thank you, and keep up the good work!”

“Cut a long story short couldn't get a mortage due to a ccj had lenders that didn't want my business.. got recommended to use simply and boy did they deliver.. If you even have doubt that you won't be accepted for a mortgage give the simply people a call and watch them work their magic and get you accepted for a mortgage in no time. Highly recommended. The team were awsome always there to talk to you whether how small or stupid my enquiries were..Shout out's to Adrian who was awsome from the initial call who said he will be able to help me and did so by getting me a mortgage in principle. David who took my case further and got me prepared for the next steps.Jackie who was awsome who explained what was going to happen further on. Jenny who was absolutely amazing who got all the paperwork into tip top order so that it was best presentable to the lender. Amazing service and an amazing team when all hope was lost they were the people who got me through the rough times to having a mortage offer accepted. Thank you so much simply.. Don't waste your time give these guys a call straight away.”

“From the moment I first called for advice, the team at Simply were fantastic. Dan, Kerry, Lisa and the team were excellent at communicating at which the point the process was at and the product/rate I have received was just unobtainable elsewhere. I have received the mortgage offer, with the deposit amount I wanted, in less than 3 weeks and that was over the new year period too! I highly recommend the services of Simply - they are well worth their broker fee!”

“We came to Daniel and his team after being messed around for around 8 weeks with another lender to no resolve. We were wary of the broker fee in the beginning but once we provided all our information Daniel assured us we were in safe hands and we took the plunge....safe to say 7 days later we had a formal mortgage offer at a lower rate and for a shorter term saving us around £350 pcm. We were delighted. Both myself and my partner have low credit rating with minor defaults which Simply took into account. A very thorough and streamlined service! They have made our dreams of owning a property in London come true. We can't thank them enough”

“Starting from our initial call with Hayley and through to Lewis, they are speedy, they send me a request and guide me with exactly what is required. I had so much faith and ease having them as our brokers. If i called and they were not available they contacted straight back via email or call. They have made this very stressful process care free, easy in fact. Because of this company and these individuals we are approved for a mortgage. It started just over a week ago and now we have that incredible feeling we are back on the housing ladder. I cannot recommend this team and company enough. Lovely people, extremely professional and as ive said RAPID. If you want a mortgage arranged with no hassle, this is tyour company and people to use”

“Simply the best from the start to the final hurdle.ive banked with nationwide for 50 years and they turned me down for a mortgage of £31.000 on the right to buy scheme because I had no credit rating according to their system of scoring.nothing was a problem for these people and I am now a very happy customer can't recommend them enough.
