“I would strongly recommend this company. After paying a broker £600 that messed me about for 6 month and didn’t deliver I got on to simply and from the word go a lad called Danniel hills helped me out, he’s been brilliant. Within less than 2 weeks I had a offer and at 2.02 rate and 15% deposit. I’ve had bad credit and an Iva in the past. I was honest from the start and they took everything in to account and turned it all around. The other brokers wanted 30% deposit and silly rates like 7%. So glad I chosen simply and if you get Danniel your on to a winer.”

“We have used this company twice now to remortgage our house and cannot rate them highly enough. The first time we used them we had been paying into a debt management plan for years and had previously had a CCJ as our income had become unexpectedly reduced due to chronic illness. We really wanted to move into a detached house but we never thought that this was a possibility until speaking to Paul at Simply. He gave us hope and allowed us to stop feeling ashamed and to be able to move on with our lives and release equity in our house so that we could pay off our creditors and move into the detached house we’d always wanted. The second time we worked with Paul and his team was to remortgage when he was able to move our mortgage from a specialist lender to a high street lender with an excellent interest rate. Paul also managed to arrange life insurance for us at a rate that we were unable to match by looking on the internet. They were highly efficient and professional throughout our dealing with them and kept us informed every step of the way. We would never hesitate to use this company again in the future and they come highly recommended.”

“The service we were provided by Mortgage Thoughts was excellent throughout. The only issue was with the time it took for the actual mortgage lender they were using to process some of the paperwork because it took a lot longer than anticipated. All in all though we were happy with the service and would certainly recommend their services to other people.”

“2 weeks ago I was checking these Trustpilot reviews, dubious whether Simply could help me, but also at a last resort. I've now been accepted for a mortgage with a hugely mainstream bank and with really good interest rates, despite having 3 CCJs for parking fines that went to the wrong house. The Simply team have been great - special thanks to Alex Wright (advisor), Jackie Weedon (pre-underwriter) and Kerry Mitchell (case officer) who made this quick and relatively simple. My case: After being declined a mortgage with HSBC and then told by Which Mortgage Advisors I needed at least a 30% deposit to secure a mortgage, even as a first time buyer, I thought I wouldn't get a mortgage until my credit history cleared up. This would also mean losing the house I had put an offer on. Simply asked for a ton of documents from me - some of which probably seem a bit unnecessary - but they got results in next to no time. Pretty expensive but well worth it if you want a house.”

“We have arranged two mortgages through this company and have found the service to be outstanding. In the case of our first mortgage, we had been refused a mortgage from a high street lender simply because an ex partner had been late making mortgage payments twice and one us was still associated with that mortgage on paper. We were very distressed being in our late 50s and never having been refused credit of any kind before. Emma handled our mortgage sensitively and with kindness, understanding and efficiency and we had a very good mortgage at a better rate than the one we were trying for within 48 hours of contacting her. We trust this company to find us the very best deal (which we think justifies the fee considering the time and worry it saves us) and we would recommend them to anyone.”

“I 100% recommend these guys. I first contacted them by email, and they called me on a Sunday back within a few hours. It has been 4 months from start to finish, but our local broker told us to wait 12 months as all avenues had been explored. But Simply said they could help. I had a few defaults in last 12 months, my wife few missed payments, All the way through they kept in contact, had all our documents, and step by step went through it. Doug, Aime and Kerry all been fantastic. We are now completing on the 30th July!!! It’s with same lender our local broker said we couldn’t use. Yes Simply are more expensive, but they are worth it as get the results. Thank you, and keep up the good work!”
