“I purchased two sash window lifts. Unfortunately the two were not matching (small style difference) but it was easy to reach out to Customer Services and the correct item was sent out free of charge and quickly so no complaints!”

“Great service ---only one gripe---- our DHL parcel was miss addressed and nearly went to a neighbour - this troubled the courier more than me. More than happy to use SD Hardware Ltd in the future.”

“My new trickle vent was purchased to replace an old one. It arrived quickly and was the perfect fit however no new screws were supplied? Thankfully the old ones were re-useable”

“Item arrived quickly though, could’ve been packaged better as it was sealed for windows. It was quite crushed and bent in places needed to be wound better to protect it.”

“We were sent 2 pieces of T2 rubber seal instead of 1 piece each of T1 and T2 - not helpful. But on advising you of this your associate was very quick to get the correct order out to us.”

“Good quality product, maybe a bit over-engineered for a timber stable door. Created some hurdles. Delivery was not as quick as expected. A component was not in stock, but we were not informed of a delay. However, with a phone call, it was resolved and received within 24hrs. Customer service was courteous, and polite and dealt with the problem.”
