Whilst I used to be generally happy with purchases from REGULATION, I feel the quality of some items purchased over Xmas, have had little thought about the end user in mind, so I returned them, this took several days later than the expcted time to arrive or be collected from Royal Mail, and now the process of chasing the returned funds, no updates? no contact? wheres my refund? or is this a case of having to claim on the credit card?

The product was defective. I have returned it and requested an exchange, or failing that a refund. So far I have had no indication that either is forthcoming.

In addition to my disappointment for having received a defective garment, I have had to pay an additional 100 EUROS in customs and handling fees, to receive the defective item, only to have to file a refund request and go through the process of returning the item, having now been left without the garment and 100 EUROS paid in customs and handling fees.

I'm still waiting surprised there was no mention of a refund on my extra next day delivery charges though I guess I'm still expected to pay those even though its going to be closer to a month by the time it actually gets here considering I have no dispatch information and we are now on the 29th December and have new year delivery times to look forward to.

Ordered shorts and pure pills, only got pills delivered. Had to call you and was then told the shorts were out of stock and it was incorrect that they were available online. Only then I was asked if I wanted a refund to be processed.
