Please be assured that we supply both yellow and natural (undyed) smoked haddock so our customers can choose their own personal preference. The fresh haddock is sourced from N E Atlantic ( Norwegian Sea/ Iceland/Irish Sea/ Faroes ) however the Smokehouse is located in Lowestoft and is smoked traditionally using their own 19th-century smokehouse, keeping a centuries-old tradition alive, smoking fish the traditional way in one of the last original brick-kilns to survive.
