The garlic and parsley butter keep it nice and moist which is something you have to watch as it is inclined to be quite a dry dish otherwise.”

“I purchase from Regal Fish because their products are always very fresh. I buy wet fish mainly but have also enjoyed some of the prepared dishes, the smoked haddock rarebit is delicious. Another favourite is oriental salt and pepper salmon.
I am not always going to be at home to receive one of their own deliveries, so have my purchases delivered by courier. These are always very well packed and delivered on an agreed date and I am given a short timeframe on the actual day.”
