“I don't get the emails telling me when the next delivery date is , just get phone calls since the new web site became, always order by internet not on the telphone.”
Thank you for your comments and we appreciate you letting us know. Upon checking I can confirm that we continue to send out our email notification reminders. We usually will send the notifications out approx 7-10 days prior to each delivery date, however if an order is placed online prior to when these notifications are due an email would then not be sent with this scenario. We advise to check any spam/junk files also as some service providers may redirect our emails there. I hope this may help explain.
