“Our first order was way better than expected. The size of the fillets was very impressive, with just one Coley fillet being almost too much for the both of us. Same with the Halibut. Not wasting money on batter and packaging, just beautifully prepared fish fillets, ready for the pan. We are fed up with shrinkflation, where fish portions are getting smaller and thinner, either pub, restaurant or supermarket. It's nice to have found a supplier of excellent quality fish, in huge portions, that puts the supermarkets to shame. Already planning our second order.”
