“We have been using their delivery service for several years and the wet fish is always very fresh, if you freeze it yourself it still takes like fresh fish so different from the supposedly fresh fish on the high street. The prepared products are very good and again much better than high street alternatives. Try the fish fingers they are like strips of fish. Prepared favourites are the Wellingtons and the Brie and Salmon tarts. Full marks for the delivery service and the helpful team who ring about the orders.”
“My experience was ok at best, not too sure why Regal is sending out their products in packaging with is causing issues with product temperatures and therefore quality. Before when Regal provided their own transport, there was never an issue”

I am sorry you were not happy with your delivery. We have recently switched our courier packaging to reduce our environmental impact and move towards more sustainable ways of packaging our produce via our courier delivery service. We experienced a few problems initially but have a temporary solution in place while looking for a permanent one.
