“These are very fresh and it's obvious from the taste! I defrost mine when going to pan fry, if oven cooking in a foil parcel I would leave frozen both ways are brilliant. The size of each portion is good. Compared to shop-bought salmon portions these Regal Fish ones just knock spots off them due to the freshness they are so tasty! I ordered more in between my regular order as I did not want to buy anywhere else.”
