“Always pleased with quality of the fish. However the loyalty points system is unsatisfactory. Seems to be inconsistent. Only available on-line. Why is there no loyalty points when ordered over the phone?”
“The staff on the phone are friendly and always helpful with info and offers. The products are quality and well dated if frozen and fresh if not. The delivery men are always on time and polite. I've been with Regal Fish for years on and off for a while they have never disappointed me.”

“The sea Bass was absolutely fabulous . Thought I wouldn’t have enough with one piece so cooked 2 pieces , and had to leave half my second one , so meaty and love it with lemon juice squeezed Over and sprinkle of salt and black pepper wrapped in tin foil , took approx 10/15 . Beautiful”

The fresh fish is delicious and the prepared meals are well priced, high quality and ideal for evenings when I don’t feel like cooking from scratch but still want to eat well. The only improvement I could suggest is that there could be an option to have the fresh fish prepackaged in individual portions.”
