“For the first time ever I had a substandard piece of cod loin yesterday. The fish was hard, didn't come away from the skin easily and lacked the usual soft texture. The other piece from the pack, which I served to my husband, was fine, soft and good to eat. This is after more than 20 years of satisfaction, so I shouldn't grumble.”
“I order online and choose my delivery date. The courrier are local so get them first thing in the morning. I choose a day I am in, hotter weather might not be good for these deliveries. The blocks inside the box are still frozen, but not tested to see how long they last, but well insulated inside.”

“I have been a customer for many years. Everything is the best quality. I usually buy prawns, they are really tasty and slightly sweet. The scampi are delicious. This time I bought cod loins they were beautiful. The smoked haddock fishcakes we haven't had yet, but had them previously. Very tastey.”
