Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear this. Our Courier delivery parcels are packed with cooling agents to ensure the products stay fresh and frozen for 48 hours. I have now logged this matter with our Customer Care Dept so we may investigate this further. They will be in touch with you to discuss. We did have to change supplier with our seafood cocktail, the one we have currently is a slightly different variation on the contents. “The Regal online selection of fish is wide. It's not a cheap way of buying your fish, but it is delicious. Regal Fish vans deliver to many areas of the UK every 11 weeks or so, free as long as you order a minimum quantity of £20. If you are desperate for your order earlier, couriers can also be used but this service is not free. Order on the phone or easily online. This month we tried King Pawns for the first time and they were enormous, a great success with the four year old grand-daughter”
