There is plenty of choice, friendly and polite staff and a reliable delivery schedule. Much better than supermarket fish and fish counters. The trout fillets and unsmoked haddock were exactly as I’d hoped. I served the trout fillets with a chive and crème fraiche sauce and used some of the haddock in a Thai red curry. Both were fab 👍”
“Good Quality fish, if a little on the expensive side. When ordering larger packs, like 1kg coley or cod for example, fish often comes as one large portion. Would prefer it made up of a number of smaller pieces suitable for individual servings.”
Thank you for your feedback and comments. We can confirm that we do also supply duo portion packs of some of the fresh fish such as Cod/Haddock already vacuum packed. We also have some frozen cod loins which come in a pack of 4 all individually frozen. We appreciate that some customers may prefer to cut the fresh fillets into the portion sizes suitable for their own meals (handy tip you can use a pair of scissors to do this which is a little easier than a knife). We aim to accommodate everyone, please feel free to mention this to our team to discuss all options that may be of interest to you. I hope this helps.

“We are always delighted with our delivery of fish. The the telephone staff are professional yet personable. We try to get a "shopping list" ready before we have a telephopne call, however, if we have not done our homework staff are always happy to call back at a later date. The choice we are offered is amazing. Delivery happens within a 2 hour window, we are always contacted to let us know when that will be. The drivers are polite and always on time. We have never needed to return goods or ask for a refund. I think we have been having regular deliveries for 15 years now and the quality of the fish we have is outstanding - fully recommended!”
