“I ordered 1Kg of frozen, smoked, undyed Haddock fillets. I was updated with delivery details, both by Regal Fish and their couriers (DPD). The fish arrived perfectly packed and on time and still frozen. The de-frosted fish was used within a kedgeree (a cross-recipe between my own, Delia Smith and Mary Berry) to feed 8. Not wanting to 'puff' my own cooking skills, it was simply the best yet. The haddock was tasty, succulent and so full of flavour. I shall certainlt be returning to Regal Fish to try a range of their other sea-food products and cannot recommend them highly enough.”
