Every 22 minutes a child in the UK loses a parent they depend on financially. But despite this over 12% of UK Mums still have no life insurance to protect their family if the worst happened. It was clear there was a problem, yet no-one was talking about it - so we founded Polly. Polly.co.uk was launched in 2014, providing a free service to help parents find affordable family protection from reputable, FCA approved brokers and insurers. Since then, we've helped of 500,000 UK Mums towards protecting their family with life insurance.

“Sells your information on to 3rd parties without prior permission, non stop harass you with calls from mobile phones before 9am- all which are highly illegal and break several date information and GDPR laws. Guess what?- STILL BOT GOT A QUOTE FROM THEM! My advice would be don’t touch polly.co.uk with a barge poll because they will not play by the law.”

“I scheduled a call with them as I work but they rang 3 hours before the time agreed since then I've been bombarded by calls off them at all times of the day uta quiet annoying And if you do speak and tell them your busy there rude and abrupt”

“Since requesting more information about Polly, I've had 4 different mobile numbers call me. Every time I block them they call me from another mobile number. It can only be them as I've had my number for 7 years and they're the only company ive ever given my number to and the next day I'm hounded with calls. No thanks!!”

“The guy I spoke to was friendly but I’m worried incase it is a scam as they calling me from mobile numbers rather than office number and reviews I have read people are saying it’s a scam. I have had documents through which all look ok but I can’t tell legit from fake. Why would they call from mobile numbers and different ones as well. This has made me a little wary”

“Went through a 30 minute intrusive call to be denied the only thing mentioned was having a personality disorder, is this not discrimination? So I can’t provide my child with financial support on the future bc you think I’m going to top myself? Think they need to realised that having a mental illness doesn’t mean I’m going to unalive myself. Also found out the don’t actually provide insurance but they sell your info on to 3rd parties… so I’m pregnant with no life insurance in place and now will get bombarded with strange scam companies. Fantastic. Just what I needed”

“Presumed the quote would be given online to then be phoned 3 times within 2 hours of entering my details, attempted to pick up the 3rd call and was then hung up on, no voicemail left at any point. I have been asked to be taken off the call list so hopefully that should resolve my issue.”

“Filled in an online form for a quote. Since then, they have HOUNDED me with calls multiple times a day, every day. Never leave a voicemail, never email, just keep calling. Every time I block the number they keep calling from a new one! Never been so spammed with calls from a company and for that reason alone, I wouldn’t even consider taking out a policy with them. Polly; You SERIOUSLY need to change your sales strategy. Truly appalling.”

“Saw an advert on ITV2 and thought I would give them a go for a quote. PLEASE FOR YOUR SANITY LEAVE IT THERE! “Bombarded with calls from different numbers despite telling the person on the first call I would like to be called after I finished work. Emotionally manipulative text was sent after I had been asked to be removed from the call list. Talk about pressure! I am not sure that the sales tactics are going to get you the numbers you need. It is very clear the team here work on commission.”

“Received a phone call wasnt a convenient time to talk, continued on and refused to let me go. I explained I couldn’t talk and repeatedly got asked when they could call back I explained I would contact to talk at a more convenient time.
