“Initial experience while ordering the product was very good the product was out of stock & I received a call to inform me & allow me to chose whether to have a refund or not.
Once the order was in place the communcication was n ot good.
The order tracking link didn't work and I could not make contact with Plumb2U via the telephone number provided - it went to an answer message, so I requested a call back....and am still waiting.”
“You will see I ordered a part (a capacitor) on the 16th August and paid in full for same. Upon confirmation of the order there followed a note stating it could take up to 7 business days to receive same from the supplier. Despite many e mails and a phone call, I did not get confirmation that the part was 'on its way' until the 29th August. Today, according to Royal Mail tracking, the part is not sue until Monday 1st September at the earliest. I have to say that 'Martin' especially, in Customer Service, was extremely helpful despite this very poor overall service from Plumb2U which I would not use again.”
