Their website was easy to navigate, their prices were good and as I was expecting to drive past one of their branches, I purchased the item - whilst purchasing I found out about free delivery, so took advantage of that too. Overall very happy with Plumb2U, DPD let them down on delivery day, but that wasn't directly their issue and I had chosen free delivery rather than a nominated slot!!

Had to return that unit but the replacement was more expensive than Plumb2u so ordered it here with free delivery. Arrived fitted it I actually have 2 working shower engines but living in a hard water area means every 2 years they need descaling so now I can just swap them out and descale the replaced unit at my leisure.”
