“Have to say middling. The ordering and collection was fine and good value. However the comms was hopeless the order was only ever pending and after a week I called up the collection company and they said “yes it’s been here for a while”
So it would be good if the system was updated or I had been notified of delivery to my collection point.”
“Not happy!! Order placed on 9th October and still not received. Tracking via website states the following….
‘Dear Customer, Your order has been shipped with one of our shipping partners and will be with you within the next few days.’
Not true!! I had to phone Plumb2u to be told stock not expected until 25th October. I have no idea when I will receive the item I ordered. Terrible service”

“Plumb2u claimed they had dispatched my order but after several exchanges of emails they agreed to investigate the matter. Their investigations revealed that the goods had been lost. They agreed to replace the items and send the replacements but by then one of the items was out of stock. 15 days after placing the order I am still missing one item. These delays are particularly annoying because my bathroom fitter has now completed and is no longer on site. Will Plumb2u be compensating me for having to recall the bathroom fitter to fit the delayed items when I eventually receive them all?”
