“I switched to the meadow hay for my rabbits and guinea pigs. They love it and enjoy eating it everyday. The hay is really good quality and quick delivery. I ordered the large size and it lasts longer than the pet shop one.”

“Pillow Wad is a lovely company. They have a good variety of products & different types of hay to choose from. All the hay is excellent quality with nice long stands and minimal dust. I also like The Eco-Nest which works very well in my rabbit's litter tray. Their service is excellent and my deliveries have arrived on time and well packaged.”

“Had an issue with my order only 1 of 3 parcels arrived, and it was damaged, by the courier. Emailed customer service and the order was resent and received the next working day. Cannot fault their customer services at all.”

“I changed over to the farmers blend a few months ago and both my bunnies absolutely love it and will eat it out the bag if I’m not looking and I’m not wasting anywhere near as much as I was with their previous hay, they also really love the flower forage and will go crazy when they see the bag”

“This was my first order, the company rectified a problem with my address which was entirely my fault and my purchase of meadow hay was delivered the next day. The hay smells amazing and my guinea pigs really loved it.”

“All my 10 house bunnies absolutely love their pillow wad hay, treats and bedding. I regularly order Farmer's blend, oat hay, forage hay, herb garden, flower forage, immune boosters, dandelion leaves and root, whole nettle and nibbley bit cookies. They have the eco-nest for their bedding. Delivery is quick and well packaged, I re use the bags for food waste disposal in my grey food caddy. I would add pictures for tax but they are rarely all in the same place, cheeky floofs 😀”

“My two buns love the Timothy Hay and for a treat I have bought them Alfalfa Hay. Both seem very happy! I have also bought the Barley Straw in the past for my wild hedgehog hideaway, as it is dust extracted it’s perfect! Will continue to order from you, thank you :)”
