“When you purchase, do it early, because the delay for the answer to your purchase is unsure, the shipping is very long as well, you will have to reach out to the staff yourself to be able to track it because they barely inform you, you'll still have your product in the end but it will be a long quest of uncertainty and a lot of patience... I will still buy there because there's no other online shop that is not a scam, but it's a pain I have to admit.
TLDR: it's a very slow process. Still good product, but the price are a bit high. Maybe lack of staff members but still my last purchase was made in worry and anxiety to never have it in my mailbox. It came later than the 7-14 days announced delay.”
“ive been a customer for years. genuine items, as others stated they have become slow to respond to emails. I am guessing they are very busy. all i can say is keep trying because I have managed to get 2 orders delivered this year. i am hoping they respond soon before i have to buy elsewhere because i trust pharmastores after all these years.”
