ive been a customer for years. genuine items, as others stated they have become slow to respond to emails. I am guessing they are very busy. all i can say is keep trying because I have managed to get 2 orders delivered this year. i am hoping they respond soon before i have to buy elsewhere because i trust pharmastores after all these years.
