“I was sent my first order on time. When I had run out and re-ordered I was told my order was not accepted. I had ordered them well after the time I was in correct re-order time. Will not use you again. Had to ask a friend to get these meds for me from Boots as I am disabled and cannot get out to shop for myself. Won't use you again”

“I was disappointed with the expiry date on the medication. It’s expires in 3 months from the time I purchased it. So if I decided to open it at a month or two later I would only be able to use it for a month. It’s an acne treatment gel. I had to open it straight away even though it wasn’t yet needed.”

“I was on Saxenda 3Mg for a long time before coming to uk. Although my GP is aware about my situation but pharmacy online forced me to start from Wegovy 0.25Mg which caused me to gain more than 5Kg in a month. I have repeatedly asked them for a higher dosage because I have had no adverse side effects but they did not allow me to go on a higher dosage. This is a waste of time and money together gaining a rapid extra weight while I have been with pharmacyonline. They expect me to wait 5 months without considering my previous history to allow to get the wegovy maintenance dosage. Even, they didn't try to call me for a short conversation and just answered me via a classic email template. I am really disappointed about this service!”
