“Impossible to get hold of when I had an issue with my Wegovy pen. No response to either phone calls or email despite constant attempts. This meant I only had 3 out of the 4 week doses paid for due to pen being faulty and no customer service to discuss this with. They now owe me money but I hold no hope of a refund or explanation. DON'T USE THEM!!!!”
