“• Efficiency - easily ordered, good communication. • Delivery - very well packaged, delivered safely. • Cost - 50% increase on each pen and no free needles which are now £4.99 a box - feel cheated by the new prices of £75 a pen as they was £49 previously. • Quality - good, same product as previously purchased. • Recommendation - would highly recommend this product from this company.”
