“I was prescribed wrong tablets despite me entering in the information box that I am intolerant to lactose/dairy. Good job I checked when they arrived. I phoned to inform them and I was issued a refund and an apology but the whole point of me ordering with them was to get some lactose free medication because my own GP had given me the wrong ones also containing lactose!”
