“I find them very good for delivery times, however when I placed my recent order for an important medication I needed to repeat order, they wouldn't accept my card which I have used on the site multiple times before, and their solution was "sorry, try another card" no other solution was offered, ie: Paypal/Apple and no one offered to take payment over the phone, it was just "oh well" so I went to another pharmacy who handled my order just fine. Not really acceptable as it's a Mastercard. It put me off as I only have the one bank account and it's a medication order so I likely won't be back. If they had explained the payment issue better and offered a solution I might have offered grace but I felt like I was brushed off as if it was my problem, but I used the card elsewhere with no issue at all. Disappointing.”
