“Ordered Saxenda. I used it once and the syringe has stopped working. The button on top which delivers the dose of fluid won’t count down. I have emailed PharmacyOnline to request a replacement and ask how to send the broken one back - nothing. Zero response. This online pharmacy was slightly cheaper than others and appeared to be registered correctly but I would people not to use it. ??? Counterfeit product and that’s why it’s broken.”
