“Really good service apart from one time I arrived to collect an order at 3.30 and nobody was there. Also, I feel that a telephone order line would be beneficial, or at least a customer helpline.”

“I bought an xbox crontroller pinyata for my nephews birthday it looked very good its a great concept the only let down was the stickering. Today i recieved a call from a very polite gentlemen who asked for some feedback which i gave he also provided an explanation and asured me that he will feed this back to the warehouse team. Firstly id like to say thank you for taking the time to call me it just goes to show this company have pride in there work and good customer relation so all in all although there was an issue with the stickering which by the sounds of it doesnt really happen im very pleased with the personal touch i will be using this company again. Things do go wrong from time to time its life but 9 times out of 10 its all about how things are dealt with that counts and restores your faith”

“I received my order too early but realised that was due to 2 bank holidays. I sent an email for advice on how to keep them until the date required but unfortunately I didn’t receive a reply. The company have since contacted me and apologised.”
