“Ordered them to be delivered on a Tuesday, but they didn't arrive till Wednesday. They are lovely balloons, but the "it's a boy " balloon is not as firm as the other 2 balloons”

“We ordered a train balloon in a box a few weeks in advance, and it arrived right on the selected day as hoped. The balloon itself was fantastic quality and looked absolutely brilliant. However, the box it came in was a little disappointing. It arrived in a plain brown cardboard box with the shipping label on it, i felt this undermined the presentation and special feel you’d expect from a gift like this.”

“Balloons arrived exactly on the date needed, and we're good value for money on the whole. Unfortunately one of the balloons (annoyingly the one at the 'top' of the display) was mostly deflated, which ruined the aesthetic quite a bit.”

“Balloon came in advance (by 3 days) of the expected /needed delivery date I selected so it was a little deflated by the time it was opened up. May have been because it was Christmas period.”

“The balloon was greatly recieved by my friend only thing I was disappointed with was i ordered it to be delivered on the 18th dec her birthday and it arrived on the 16th and was just left on there doorstep luckily I got a notification so had to message my friend so it ruined the surprise”

“Lovely balloons, just what I was looking for. The only downside was the length of the balloon strings - they’re tied very short! We had to go and buy a big balloon to help up tue display. Would he 5 stars otherwise. Also worth noting the delivery came a day before I requested - luckily the balloons had plenty of life in them.”

“The balloons and pricing from Party Save Smile was great! The only thing I would say is that the website asked for a delivery date which I provided, but my balloons were delivered 3 days early, which meant that they were starting to deflate slightly by the day of my son’s party. I would have preferred to pay a bit more for delivery and be able to get the balloons delivered on the requested day, if it was clear that the balloons would be dispatched whenever.”

“My dad was thrilled with the balloons for his 90th birthday. I was a bit disappointed they arrived a day early, but that's preferable to a day late and they were still well inflated for the second round of celebrations four days later”

“Ordered to be delivered on the 6th but were delivered on the 3rd !! 4 days before needed so balloons were not 100% inflated on day required. However I would order again.”

“The balloons were excellent, exactly as ordered and they changed the blue to pink as requested. One was personalised. Initial impression was a bit surprised as I have had mail order balloons like this before and they came in a beautiful white box that looked like a gift whereas these came in a battered brown box. I didn’t think the gift experience was great because of this.”

“Happy with the balloon itself but I thought it would be bigger considering the price you pay for 1 balloon. Chose a Friday as a preferred date as the party was a Saturday and arrived on the Thursday”
