Today i recieved a call from a very polite gentlemen who asked for some feedback which i gave he also provided an explanation and asured me that he will feed this back to the warehouse team. Firstly id like to say thank you for taking the time to call me it just goes to show this company have pride in there work and good customer relation so all in all although there was an issue with the stickering which by the sounds of it doesnt really happen im very pleased with the personal touch i will be using this company again. Things do go wrong from time to time its life but 9 times out of 10 its all about how things are dealt with that counts and restores your faith”
