“I purchased this log slice for a wedding cake and was quoted 3-5working days delivery which would have just been in my time frame. I also contacted Party Bits to advise that if it did not arrive during this time, it would be of no use to me as I was going away. It was ordered on 16th May and delivered 24th May. The item did not arrive in time and I frantically had to source an alternative. Whilst the have agreed that I can return the item, it would incur a further charge of £5.21 on top of the delivery charge already paid to do so. I would warn anyone against using Party Bits on these terms and will not be using this Company again. Very poor Customer Service. And yes this is a genuine review!”

“Bear did really well,my granddaughter had lost her similar bear on a flight to Turkey and I ordered this pink bear hoping she would be convinced bear was with nana.She saw him and shouted ' my bear' perfect,great quality,much loved already”

“Very good service sadly 4 jugs were all chipped in same place, however it didn’t spoil what I use them for. They got damaged in transit no doubt. A bit more bubble wrap around jugs save them getting bashed in transit.”

“Will not shop here again !! I ordered direct.. to which I then received via Amazon.. if I wanted to shop on Amazon I’d have gone direct myself…. Didn’t receive in time after paying express delivery.. Then after complaining to a customer service advisor, I was asked if I still wanted a refund, but would not refund any delivery charges .. I then discovered I’ve got to pay to further return the late un wanted items… The delivery charges will cost me what the refund would be.. Will never shop here again… Absolutely shocking!!”
