“I reviewed this purchase weeks ago, I’m very disappointed with customer service as I was a couple of days late to request a return. I’d fractured my foot and my father in law , for whom we were caring , sadly passed away on 12th November - so I wasn’t as focused to parcels as I might usually have been . Despite explaining this several times , I was told I could not return some items - I’d over bought. On the first review I was then asked to provide my details, so you could contact me, which I did immediately- but I have heard nothing . The products I bought are lovely - am delighted - just have enough for 3 trees- hence my return request .”

“Good quality stocking. Ordered 2, description said all sorted designs was disappointed when 2 of the same arrived. Wanted them to go either side of mantel piece. Delivery a little expensive considering how light product was. So did not order another incase same father Xmas stocking arrived!”
