“Ordered items for Saturday delivery and paid £6:95 for that Saturday delivery. It is now Monday and I still have not received the item and tracking says that it has not been sent! I have emailed and called and no response yet! Very disappointed especially seeing as these were time sensitive items!”

“The clear packaging that the knuckle straws were in was absolutely filthy They must have been stored somewhere for ages to get in that state I had to clean off the dirty dust with a wet wipe before i could even open the packet Then had to wash my hands If i had seen them on a shop shelf I would have walked away and not purchased them It was very lazy and unprofessional to send out an item in that condition I wanted them for a child who had just come home from hospital after having an operation on their mouth to encourage them to try and drink I wouldn't purchase anything again or recommend this company to anyone”
