Very disappointed ordered 2 boxes with lids received 2 lids & 3 tiny boxes which would just about fit 3 crayons in them

Great company happy with service came on time but the actual rose petals smell like fish I know they are artificial but guys the smell is unbearable

Love the box but the colour is awful it's a dirty cream not a fresh looking cream... I wish I had gone for the kraft. No time to send them back so looks like I'm stuck with them.

One of the bowls was damaged - cracked down the side. However for the price it didn't seem worth the hastle to return it. Could improve their packaging to limit damage

Misleading and therefore very expensive for the actual product. Ordered what I thought was 2 lots of 15 and received two. Realise in the small print it says individual items so my error and would def not have ordered at that price for individuals.

Well the stickers never stayed cling on to the door , they were always falling off so binned it in the end what a complete waste of money , quite honestly I would like a refund ? I paid £8 to have a quick delivery, not worth the money .

I was disappointed with the service I received as I had ordered next day delivery on the Sat and only received the items on the Tuesday lunchtime. This was after the party on the Monday (for which the items were needed). I emailed customer service and declined the DHL delivery stating that the items were late and not needed. However DHL then delivered the package the following day - so I am now left with items for a party that I no longer need :-( When I emailed Customer Service I was told that Sat and Sun are non-working days and therefore 'next day' means it is processed on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. This is not 'next day' service.

Hi Jennifer, I can see you placed an order on Saturday morning which is not a working day. As such our first working day to pick this item is Monday and delivery would be for Tuesday. I'm sorry if you don't feel this was clear however it is quite a standard process that picking is not operated on a non working day, the couriers do not collect from us on a weekend so it is impossible for us to get the order out.

Dispatch really slow, not until 10 days after order was placed. Items arrived well after required.
