“The wrong size was sent to me. I was then asked to send the wrong size back , and told I would receive the correct size the same week. Two weeks went by and I still didn’t have the shoes. I contacted the girl again and she said that the shoes hadn’t left the warehouse yet and that she would have to take another payment for them. I asked for a refund instead as a result of all the hassle.”
