“My mum wanted a black jacket she seen in store but they had no Large. I mailed Pamela Scott. A lovely girl Ashyra Bristol said sorry I've tried there all sold out. Ashyra sent me options but mam did not like them. Ashyra then mailed me I can get you the jacket in Beige in Large. I could not see the jacket on line for some reason. Ashyra said order it in small in black and send me your order details and I will amend your order to Large in Beige. It all went so smoothly. Great customer service. I would like to Thank Ashyra as she is really on the ball and got everything 100%.”
