“I bought the Emporium Leopard Tulle Skirt hoping to wear it for Christmas but unfortunately I had to return it. It had so much material in it. Maybe it's suited to taller ladies (I'm 5ft 2) but even with heels it looked like a tent on me. I was so disappointed as it's a beautiful skirt & I was so looking forward to wearing it over Christmas & for other future events.”

I would have suggested taking the item to your nearest seamstress and asking them to take up the length and remove a layer of the fabric.

“The response when I arrived at Fashion City wasn't very efficient. I rang bell but got no answer. I then phoned and explained to the lady at the other end that I had a return but was still left standing outside. I phoned again and the phone was put down. I don't think she understood what I was talking about. At this stage I was at least 15 minutes standing outside. I phoned again and luckily this time a very nice gentleman picked up the call and he came immediately and took my package. He was most apologetic for what happened. Transfer of refund into my bank was very prompt.”
