“I don’t often write reviews. On this occasion I felt i definitely had to. I saw a Tuzzi dress that literally had my name written all over it, I loved it. But I could not find one online anywhere. Then I saw it in the sales, at Pamela Scott, and in my size. When the dress arrived it was beautifully packed, and felt very personal. When I came to wear it 2-3 weeks later my heart sank as it was too big! I had been dieting to lose weight for a big event I’m going to in November. I looked at Pamela Scott’s website and saw to my huge delight that they had the size I needed. I emailed Pamela Scott, Ashyra replied, she was really lovely, very genuine, naturally helpful. I returned my dress. I haven’t received my replacement yet, Ashyra called me to advise it was being dispatched today, and was that ok? Did I need the dress sooner for an occasion? My experience with Pamela Scott and Ashyra was brilliant- thank you!. Not only that, the clothes on their website are beautiful! I’ve saved them as my favourites xx Mandy Doolan - Lincoln.”

“Castletroy limk ..one of the workers was fabulous and so helpful with dress om sale rack .The stress levels on the worker that served me was apparent ,i waited ages to be served as both were back in the store searching for a shoe .i had to call to be served because needed to get to school runs ..Not even a thank you did I get ..never took off my loyalty card discount and hadn't the manners or customer personality to apologise ..I am a frequent buyer of pamela scotts but buying in this store would put me off ..”
