Our returns policy does indeed state you have to pay for any returns, but in the future even if you want to return items from 2 separate orders you can do so as one package.

I had gotten a small size coat for my Mom as this is her size with other coats. It was way too small. I had to pay €9.50 to return it. It was disappointing that that it isn't true to size as she really liked the look but way too small.”
