“I purchased 3 items one got cancelled which I can't understand why when it was available on your web site. The item that got cancelled was a mother day present which was a pity as I than had to order something else. The two items that did arrive I was very happy with.”
“Good postal service but would recommend that returns be made easier and postage free for customer by having local drop off points., other companies such as Littlewoods have this facility which makes a huge difference and I would take a chance and buy more knowing it was hassle free to return items if I needed to.”
“Happy with my purchases, arrived nicely packed and in good time and everything fitted well. I would have given 5 stars but the website is terrible to use, it keeps emptying my basket while I'm browsing and I've had problems actually paying for the order at the end, it's off-putting! The pictures are also not great resolution, when you zoom in they go blurry, I like to zoom in to see the type of material but it's impossible on this site!!! Needs improvement!”
