“Received a coat that I purchased from Pamela Scott. Service was excellent. Quality of coat was very good for the price. However, disappointed that it cost me €9 to return the coat to Pamela Scotts as the coat was too big for me. Unfortunate that it costs to return as I most definitely would purchase from them again but will not now when I have to incurr a cost if the item does not suit.”
