I can see that your order was placed on 1st September and your items were dispatched from our warehouse on 2nd September. As this is an international delivery I would advise to wait up to to 10 working days to receipt your items. I can see form your tracking history that your parcel is moving and is currently in the UK with our delivery service partner
If you have not received your order by 13th September, if you can let me know by this point, I can then contact our delivery service for an update and exact location of where your parcel is.
