“Plenty of choices available but i needed some paint for lime plaster so knew what i wanted. Price was very competitive and it was delivered on the day it was estimated. Easy to order, pay etc wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. I was kept informed all the way and it was delivered undamaged as it had been carefully taped and boxed.”

“I ordered on 2nd October with an expected delivery date of 6-8th October. Fedex notified me of the delivery for 6th before 18.00. It didn't arrive and for the next 5 days received no notifications of progress or any way to contact them. I contacted Paint Direct on 12th to ask for help. Claire was helpful and explained that Fedex were having issues. I was not informed of this at all. Eventually Fedex delivered on 12th but one unit short and again no notification! I've since requested a refund of this. I personally will not use this company again, not only because of poor delivery service but also poor communication.”
