“Paint arrived but we were one can short. Ordered 6 cans but only 5 arrived. Phoned Paint Direct immediately. We were phoned back shortly and told that one can had gone to the wrong address and that the one can would be with us within a couple of days. Have yet to receive paint. Apart from this mishap no complaints. Have received the missing can of paint, arrived the next day. Good service.”
“Terrible customer service. I ordered paint and paid extra for next day delivery. My order didn't arrive as it was supposed to and when I called I was told they would chase the courier and get back to me as well as refund the next day delivery charge. None of that happened, and despite two further emails, I've had no response. Would not recommend and wouldn't use again.”
