Terrible customer service. I ordered paint and paid extra for next day delivery. My order didn't arrive as it was supposed to and when I called I was told they would chase the courier and get back to me as well as refund the next day delivery charge. None of that happened, and despite two further emails, I've had no response. Would not recommend and wouldn't use again.

I ordered on 2nd October with an expected delivery date of 6-8th October. Fedex notified me of the delivery for 6th before 18.00. It didn't arrive and for the next 5 days received no notifications of progress or any way to contact them. I contacted Paint Direct on 12th to ask for help. Claire was helpful and explained that Fedex were having issues. I was not informed of this at all. Eventually Fedex delivered on 12th but one unit short and again no notification! I've since requested a refund of this. I personally will not use this company again, not only because of poor delivery service but also poor communication.
