“service was very good! however…. shoring bars are wrong size hence they collapse under load. i will be intouch to return(or maybe you can call me to arrange exchange for bigger size?) i told the sales advisor the size of my vehicle internally and these just fit.”

“I ordered some 1806 track and some shoring poles to kit out my new VW Transporter, this order mostly arrived the next day but due to the courier making a mistake it was split over 2 days, I contacted Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd and they responded promptly, refunding my delivery charge. I later found that I'd ordered the wrong length poles and again contacted them and they promptly responded telling me how to return and get replacements which arrived very quickly. I don't often write reviews as I don't think its difficult to stick an address on a parcel and send it out. You can really only measure a company when things go wrong and see how they respond. I had a couple of issues, none of which were down to Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd and on both occasions they promptly helped me resolve the couriers and my own mistakes. In my book that's a good measure of customer service and they performed excellently. I doubt i'll need anything else now my van is finished but happy to recommend them to anyone else.”
