“I recently purchased load restraints and ratchet straps. Unfortunately the screws I ordered did not turn up with the order. I emailed National Trailer Parts and Jess in Customer Services sent a replacement bag by next-day delivery. Excellent, efficient customer service. I ordered some mini ratchet straps with claw hooks which are very well made and sturdy. I have yet to use the load restraint bars but again they feel well made and able to take a bashing, definitely not flimsy. I would recommend Nationwide Trailer Parts.”
