“I used Nationwide Trailer Parts few times now and not only they sell cheap yet quality parts but also provide very quick delivery service using DPD. I was amazed last time I used them to place the order about 1pm and receive it next morning! Highly recommended”

“The website was easy to navigate and the webbing and rachets arrived very quickly. My shed has since withstood 100 mile an hour gales. Can't ask for more than that.”

“Paid for next day delivery and didn't receive, when I phoned up I was told my item would be made priority for the following morning before afternoon. Still hadn't received it by tea time and when I chased it up again the man was extremely rude, unprofessional and overall should NOT be working within customer service. I asked him if this is how he treats and speaks to all customers and he replied "pretty much ye" I only asked where my item was and he immediately just said " I don't know where it is but to save all the hassle and headache of it, I'll just cancel your order and refund you" the list goes on of how this man spoke to me, I would not advise any person to deal with this company!!”

“It winds the straps well,unfortunetly it will not fit on any side rails on any trailor because it is not wide enough to slip on.I only managed to fit it to the cat walk step on my R series Scania.”

“The item is very restricted to where it can be placed either on Tractor unit or trailer. It is not wide enough to slip over the side rails on the trailer.”

“The panel was package well and sent in good time. Unfortunatly it was the wrong one. Before ordering I had contacted Nationwide with my requirements and was directed to their website from which I ordered the only part available.It was too big and on checking another website I found there was a choice of large or small. I contacted Nationwide, who on checking agreed there was an alternative. They said they had now modified there website to include both sizes. I then ordered the correct item which was dispatched immediately and I received it next day. I returned the wrong item and was reimbersed the cost of it, but not postage of £11.”
