I can only think that Royal Mail lost my delivery, or it's still on the slow delivery boat. Anyway, when I contacted the MIST team. There was no quibbling. They promptly posted another order, which I received immediately. Mind you, this is the first time since 2018, that Royal Mail has failed, but unfortunately there is a shortage of staff.
