“The most important things first: the eliquids themselves are excellent (I've tried most of the tobacco flavours), the prices are great and the service is impeccable. I took a star off for two smaller things: firstly, there used to be a steel needle-like applicator which was excellent for top-filling clearomizers which has now gone, and secondly - what happened to the colour? I really liked the very pale straw-coloured liquid, but my latest batch is kind of fluorescent yellow. Trivial but off-putting!”
